How the referral programme works
The referral process is very simple.
Step 1 – Recommend our services to any friends, family, or colleagues looking for help in managing their rental income.
Step 2 – Either you, the referrer, or the person you’ve referred fills out the contact form below.
Step 3 – Our teams reach out to the person you’ve referred, identify their needs, and send them an engagement letter.
Step 4 – Once the engagement letter is signed, you and the person you’ve referred will each get €50 (excluding VAT) off on your next invoices.

Referral offer conditions
Definition:
Anderlaine’s referral programme is an initiative to reward loyal clients of the Tax Management of Rental Income (GFRL) Department.
Referral Principle:
The referral programme is only available to GFRL Department clients. Each client may recommend one or several new clients. The referrer and the person they’ve referred receive a reward when the new client signs their engagement letter.
Benefits for the Referrer and the Person Being Referred:
The referrer and the person being referred both receive a €50 discount.
Referrers are not limited in the number of people they can refer.
Reward Conditions:
For the referral to be valid, the referrer or the person they’ve referred must sign up using the dedicated form and the person being referred must sign their engagement letter. Rewards are only provided to new clients and do not apply to existing clients registering a new property with our Department.
French Data Protection Act:
Pursuant to the French Data Protection Act, personal data collected for our referral programme will only be used to manage the programme and are not shared with third parties under any circumstances. Clients may contact us directly at any time to exercise their rights of access, rectification and erasure as regards their personal data.
